Hadijah Sulfiyani[email protected]Elfira[email protected]Rahmi Juwita[email protected]
A This community service project aims to redesign the development strategy of Aniza Collection, a micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) located in Klojen District, Malang City, by organizing it within the Business Model Canvas framework so that its business model becomes more structured and practically applicable. Aniza Collection demonstrates clear strengths in raw material quality, product craftsmanship, functional design, and a well-recognized business identity. However, in the post-pandemic period, the business continues to face challenges in digital marketing, operations, and financial management. This project employed a descriptive qualitative approach using a case study design. Data were collected through observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation, and were subsequently analyzed by mapping the findings onto the nine elements of the Business Model Canvas, based on internal factors, external factors, and strategic alternatives identified in the source article. The analysis indicates that Aniza Collection’s primary strengths lie in its value proposition and key resources, particularly its product uniqueness and business reputation. Its main weaknesses are found in channels, customer relationships, and financial governance, as reflected in underutilized social media, the absence of a product catalog, predominantly offline sales, manual production processes, and the mixing of business and personal finances. Development priorities should therefore focus on activating digital channels, strengthening branding and product cataloging, and improving financial and operational systems so that business growth becomes more focused, measurable, and sustainable. This approach helps MSME owners set priorities for gradual change, enabling more accurate and consistent business decision-making.
2026-05-30T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2026 moh Badrut, A. The activity was conducted in the form of an educational seminar at MTsN 1 Lampung Utara using interactive lectures and participatory discussions. The program involved 50 students from the Organisasi Siswa Intra Madrasah (OSIM). The results indicated that students gained a better understanding of both the positive and negative impacts of gadget use. Gadgets were recognized as effective tools for learning, communication, and creativity development when used appropriately. However, excessive and uncontrolled use may lead to digital addiction, decreased academic focus, physical health problems, and reduced social interaction. The seminar also strengthened students’ awareness of digital ethics and self-control in managing screen time. Overall, the activity successfully addressed the identified problems and contributed to strengthening students’ digital character in the school environment.
2026-05-30T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2026 muinah muinah, Jingga Ameira, Farenisa Azahra, Erdy Arista Desti, Nanda Putri, Sigit Gunanto, Fhela Vhantoria Ningrum
