PELATIHAN PEMBUATAN PUPUK ORGANIK CAIR DENGAN MEMANFAATKAN LIMBAH ORGANIK RUMAH TANGGA DI SUNGKAI UTARA

The problem of household organic waste and dependence on chemical fertilizers remains a challenge in Sungkai Utara District. This community service activity aims to improve community knowledge and skills in managing household organic waste into environmentally friendly and useful liquid organic fertilizer (POC). The activity implementation method uses a participatory approach through the stages of initial surveys, counseling, direct practice of making POC, mentoring, and monitoring and evaluation. The results of the activity showed an increase in participant knowledge from 36% to 84%. Participants were able to produce approximately 120 liters of liquid organic fertilizer and apply it to yard plants. The impact of the activity includes reduced household organic waste, increased community independence in providing fertilizer, and growing awareness of environmental management and sustainable agriculture. This activity has the potential to be replicated as a community service model based on the utilization of household organic waste.

PENDAMPINGAN INSEMINASI BUATAN DAN KESEHATAN HEWAN DI DESA SAWOJAJAR KABUPATEN LAMPUNG UTARA

This service activity is an effort to optimize community empowerment and contribute to providing knowledge and information through assistance with artificial insemination and animal health in Sawojajar village, North Lampung Regency. Members of the group in Sawojajar village make a living by farming and animal husbandry, with the main commodities being vegetables and cattle breeding. Due to the lack of public knowledge about animal health and artificial insemination, the community hopes for assistance from the government for a cattle breeding program that includes improving maintenance management. and the provision of superior males. This service activity is carried out through evaluation, preparation and implementation stages. Direct training, information and discussion methods are used in its implementation. The results of this service activity for the community, the majority of which are smallholder farmers, are very good, namely enthusiastic participation in this assistance until this activity is completed. Participants also asked a lot about the health of their livestock, how to deal with diseases experienced by their livestock, such as diseases from bacteria, viruses, fungi and parasites. Farmers in Sawojajar village with this service know both traditional and modern ways of handling special care management in animal health.

ETIKA PENGGUNAAN GADGET DALAM MENINGKATKAN KESADARAN SISWA TERHADAP PENGGUNAAN TEKNOLOGI YANG BIJAK DI MTsN 1 LAMPUNG UTARA

This community service activity aimed to improve students’ understanding of ethical gadget use in the digital era and encourage responsible and productive technology management. The activity was conducted in the form of an educational seminar at MTsN 1 Lampung Utara using interactive lectures and participatory discussions. The program involved 50 students from the Organisasi Siswa Intra Madrasah (OSIM). The results indicated that students gained a better understanding of both the positive and negative impacts of gadget use. Gadgets were recognized as effective tools for learning, communication, and creativity development when used appropriately. However, excessive and uncontrolled use may lead to digital addiction, decreased academic focus, physical health problems, and reduced social interaction. The seminar also strengthened students’ awareness of digital ethics and self-control in managing screen time. Overall, the activity successfully addressed the identified problems and contributed to strengthening students’ digital character in the school environment.

PENDAMPINGAN LITERASI BUKU CERITA UNTUK ANAK TK AISYIYAH BUSTANUL ATHFAL (ABA) V KOTABUMI

: Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) merupakan tahapan fundamental dalam membentuk kebiasaan literasi dan karakter anak. Membaca buku cerita merupakan sarana penting untuk merangsang perkembangan kognitif dan sosial-emosional anak usia dini. Namun, tidak semua lembaga PAUD memiliki program literasi yang terstruktur dan optimal. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini, dilakukan pendampingan bagi guru-guru TK ABA V Kotabumi dalam merancang dan melaksanakan kegiatan literasi berbasis buku cerita dengan cara yang menyenangkan dan bermakna. Metode kegiatan meliputi tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan lokakarya, dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan guru dalam menyusun bahan ajar, penilaian, dan strategi pendampingan membaca buku cerita yang sesuai dengan karakteristik anak. Pendampingan ini diharapkan dapat mendukung implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di lingkungan PAUD dan menumbuhkan budaya literasi sejak usia dini
