  • Articles will generally be reviewed by at least one independent peer reviewer who has expertise in the subject matter of the manuscript.

  • Manuscripts will be reviewed according to the novelty, objectivity, methodology, scientific impact, conclusions, and the accuracy and relevance of the references used.

Both authors and reviewers are required to disclose any conflicts of interest that may affect the impartiality of the manuscript review process. The Editorial Board will manage these disclosures according to the journal’s policies to maintain integrity and transparency throughout the peer review process.

9. Types of Decisions

The journal follows a structured decision-making process, and authors will be informed of the outcome of their manuscript review based on one of the following decisions:

  • Received: The manuscript has been successfully received and is under review.

  • Revision: The manuscript requires revisions before it can be considered for acceptance.
