About the Journal

Justine is the student scientific journal of Universitas Muhammadiyah Kotabumi (UMKO) dedicated to the field of Information Systems and Information Technology. It provides a venue for students of the Faculty of Engineering and Computer Science to publish the results of their final projects, undergraduate theses, and independent research, so that work produced within the university becomes accessible to a wider academic audience.

Justine is published twice a year, in May and October, by the Intellectual Property and Scientific Publication Center (SKIPI) of Universitas Muhammadiyah Kotabumi. The editorial process starts with submission, followed by plagiarism screening, double-blind peer review, revision, and finally publication.

Justine accepts manuscripts on information systems, software engineering, computer networks and security, data and intelligent systems, and the application of information technology in organisations and society. The complete list of topics is available on the Focus and Scope page.
